建築概要
「筒の集合体」
全ての住戸が道路に面する「ロの字型形式」のコーポラティブハウス。東南の角地にボリューム感を抑え、住宅地の環境を損なうことなく地域の形成要素として「まちに住まう場」を設定した。
３方向に抜ける「通り庭形式の中庭」を据え、細かく分節したスケールの小さな「筒の集合体」は、周辺の習慣に従って前庭を伴い敷地内で完結することなく「みち」を介して「まち」を巻き込む。まちの「断片の反復的な構造」を伴うことで場のイメージを共有し、外部との連続性と拡張性を示唆した。

“Aggregation of Tubes”
This is a cooperative house in the “L-shaped form” with all units facing the street. The volume of the house is kept low on the southeast corner, and a “place to live in the town” was established as an element of community formation without compromising the residential environment.
The “courtyard in the form of a street garden” that opens out in three directions is set up, and the small-scale “collection of tubes” divided into small sections follows the customs of the surrounding area, and involves the “town” through the “road” without being completed within the site with a front yard. By accompanying the “repetitive structure of fragments” of the town, the image of the place is shared, suggesting continuity and extensibility with the outside.
