建築概要
旧来のコーポラティブハウスと分譲の利点を合わせもつ「セミコーポラティブ」長屋形式の集合住宅（計8戸）。住戸構成は上下階で面積にメリハリのある交差メゾネット。袋小路の敷地で、統一感よりもアドリブ的な表情をもつ。住人の要望と空間構成が随所で現れ個々の集積によるパッチワーク的外観が特徴である。

This is a “semi-corporate” row-home style housing complex (8 units in total) that combines the advantages of traditional cooperative housing with those of condominiums. The units are arranged as crossed maisonettes, with the upper and lower floors having a more balanced area. The site is located on a cul-de-sac, so the appearance is more improvisational than unified. The patchwork-like appearance is characterized by the accumulation of individual units, which is a result of the residents' requests and spatial compositions that appear throughout.
