建築概要
「12の搭状建物と横断する住戸」
緑道から続く私道奥の突き当たり袋小路上状の細長い敷地。建物は12本の塔で構成され、その隙間に挟まれた複数の階段により各住戸別の経路を通る。床レベルがまちまちでとうのつらなりにより場がつくられる。地上のアプローチから各住戸内部を抜けテラスや屋上に至る複数の道筋は、渦を巻くような動き（回遊性）を生み空間構成と連動する。すべての部屋が4面に開口をもち角部屋の連なりでできている

“Twelve boarded-up buildings and crossed dwelling units.”
The site is a long and narrow cul-de-sac at the end of a private road leading from a greenway. The building consists of 12 towers, with multiple staircases between the towers, each with its own pathway. The floor levels vary, and the interlocking of the towers creates a sense of place. The multiple paths from the approach at ground level through the interior of each unit to the terrace and rooftop create a whirling movement (circulation) that is linked to the spatial composition. All rooms have openings on four sides and are made up of a series of corner rooms.
