森のツリーハウス / Tree House in Forest
建築概要
広大な傾斜地の頂きに建つ別荘兼保養施設。大勢が集まるための広いスペースと、多くの部屋がありながら週末ひと家族で過ごす時も寂しさを感じない独立性の高いスペースとを併存させた。地表付近の湿気から逃れるため浮かせたスラブの上に、「ツリーハウス」に見立てた小部屋がいくつも集まり大きな場をつくる。それぞれ独自の開口、天窓、屋根形状の小さなツリーハウスが軒を接して寄り添う。樹上住居が連なる構成をもつ。軒先高さFL+1,950と低く抑え、こじんまりとした佇まいのひと繋がりのスペースをつくった。

A villa and recreation facility built at the top of a vast sloping terrain. A large space for gathering with many people and a more independent space with many rooms for weekend family time are combined. A number of small rooms resembling a “tree house” are clustered together on a floating slab to escape the humidity near the ground surface, creating a large space. The small treehouses, each with its own opening, skylight, and roof shape, are nestled together with their eaves touching each other. The structure consists of a series of tree dwellings. The eaves height is kept low at FL+1,950, creating a cozy and connected space.
