建築概要
4組の建築家が敷地割りから建物配置、設計までを手がける分譲住宅の新たな試み。一体で開発することの利点を探り、4棟の隙間を通して得られる快適性を追求した。所有区分を超えて広がりのある環境が得られた。

This is a new attempt at a residential condominium for sale in which four sets of architects are involved from site allocation to building layout and design. We explored the advantages of developing in one piece and pursued the comfort that could be obtained through the gaps between the four buildings. An expansive environment was obtained beyond the ownership divisions.
