番町の家/ House in Bancho
建築概要
「大きな気積を積み上げる」
都心に建つ地下1地上4階建て（2世帯＋地下音楽ホール）の2世帯住宅。構造は与条件から木造+RC造、耐火混構造からなり、RC造の鉛直コアと木造が平面的に並列する構成とした。
木造部は鉛直力のみで水平力はRC造部が構造負担することで、耐火木造の積層でありながら、道路側を全面、木製サッシの開口部として大きな気積の開放的な空間を創出した。[髙木駿]
“Stacking a Large Volume of Air”
This project is a two-family residence with one basement level and four stories above ground, located in central Tokyo, and includes an underground music hall. In response to structural and regulatory conditions, the building adopts a mixed system of timber and reinforced concrete in a fire-resistant hybrid structure, composed of a vertical RC core arranged in parallel with the timber structure in plan.[Shun Takagi]
