経堂の住宅 / House in Kyodo
建築概要
曲がり道のコーナーに面した２世帯住宅。住人６人分の個室や階段水廻りを外周に設け、リビングダイニングを中央に配した構成。互いの玄関を最も遠くに設け距離を取ることで互いのプライバシーを確保した。コーナーに面して建物の端から端まで最大限の連続水平窓を全てルーバー窓として敷地の長さを感じさせる建物である。

A two-family house facing the corner of a curved road. The private rooms for the six residents and the staircase and water supply are located around the perimeter, and the living and dining rooms are located in the center. The entrance to the house is located at the farthest distance from each other to ensure the privacy of the residents. The maximum number of continuous horizontal windows facing the corner from one end of the building to the other are all louvered to give a sense of the length of the site.
