The “box daisies.”

A row-home style cooperative house with a garden or terrace in each unit, arranged around a large courtyard. At the top of a hill with a great view, a living environment surrounded by trees and plantings is created, like a “green hill” named after the place. The boxes are stacked in rows of rooms, and the garden and terraces are stacked three-dimensionally. The composition of the boxes creates a cluster of dwelling units with various spaces. All the living spaces face the courtyard leading from the public street, creating a continuous relationship between the town and the courtyard, the courtyard and the terrace, and the terrace and the living space.
