建築概要
「押出成形板の中空断面」
街道沿いに建つ51戸の賃貸集合住宅。ファサードは、坂道の勾配と緩いカーブを意識し、躯体スラブ断面のクランク・既製アルミサッシ・日除けのルーバーが3つの層を成すことで、周辺との連続性・車の往来に応答したファサードを形成する。グリッド状に整然とレイアウトされたルーバーには規格サイズの押出成形セメント板を使用。勾配に合わせた躯体断面・パッチワーク状の開口部・タテヨコ端正な日除け（ブリーズソレイユ）がレイヤー状の「大きな立面」「住戸の集積」を表す。見上げると押出成形の特徴である中空断面の穴を通して青空が見える。

“Hollow section of extruded plate.”
This is a 51-unit rental housing complex built along a street. The façade is designed with the slope and gentle curve of the street in mind, and the crank of the slab section of the frame, the ready-made aluminum sashes, and the sunshade louvers form three layers to form a façade that responds to the continuity with the surrounding area and the traffic of cars. The louvers, neatly laid out in a grid pattern, are made of standard-size extruded cement boards. The cross-section of the frame, patchwork openings, and vertical and horizontal awnings (breezesoleil), which match the slope, represent a layered “large elevation” and “cluster of dwelling units”. Looking up, one can see the blue sky through the holes in the hollow cross section, a characteristic of extrusion molding.
